Vasa Angels I is a business angel led investment vehicle connected to GU Ventures and invests in the pre-seed and seed phase. For a limited stake, Vasa Angels I provides its investors with exposure and risk diversification in many disruptive start-up companies.
With SEK 33 MSEK under management from 24 business angels, investors and Saminvest, Vasa Angels I will invest in promising disruptive start-up companies in GU Venture's topranked incubator program. Vasa Angels I benefits from the incubator's deal-flow, selection and development processes. The portfolio companies benefits from GU Ventures support from the incubator within areas such as business development, board work, investment readiness coaching and recruitment among many other things.
Co-investment by Saminvest
State-owned Saminvest has invested in Vasa Angels I. Beyond the investment in Vasa Angels, it also offers selected investors in Vasa Angels I the opportunity to get a coinvestment agreement.

Vasa Angels I is based on the combined experience that GU Ventures has acquired from its own investment operations, which have been conducted for 25 years, including experience from several own investment companies.
