Destination Invest and our partners invite you to an exclusive and free workshop for those who have a business idea or a newly started company with innovative potential, and which is connected to one of Gothenburg’s prioritized development areas: Bergsjön, Biskopsgården, Tynnered, Hammarkullen, Hjällbo or Lövgärdet.

📍 For whom? For those who have an idea or run a company with the potential to make an impact, and who want to grow faster, pitch sharper, and gain a better understanding of the ecosystem.

🎯 Selection Criteria
To participate, you should:
Have a connection to one of our development areas (e.g. live, run a business, or pursue your idea in Bergsjön, Biskopsgården, Tynnered, Hammarkullen, Hjällbo, or Lövgärdet)
Have a business idea with innovative potential – something that changes how things are done today, simplifies life for the customer, or has a positive impact on society
Either have an innovative business idea or already have a registered company
We will host inspiring panels where role models share how they built successful companies and how to think about risk management and IP protection. The workshop focuses on providing you with practical tips and tools so that you know how to get started and run your innovative business.
📝 How to Apply
👉 Register no later than November 7, 2025
📧 In your application, briefly describe your idea, provide your contact details and any dietary requirements, and let us know if you’d like to recommend someone else to apply.
✅ You will be notified of your acceptance on November 10.

The workshop is part one of a larger program that concludes with a pitch night in March/April 2026, where you will have the opportunity to present your innovation on stage in front of an audience.
Note: The workshop runs from 08:00 to 17:00, followed by networking and mingling from 17:00 to 20:00
