NSS Water Enhancement Technology AB has successfully completed a new share issue of 7.2msek, strengthening the company’s financial position and enabling the next phase in the commercialization of its ultra-pure water technology for the semiconductor industry. Among the investors in the round are the international venture capital firm Grow Venture Partners, together with the renowned accelerator and investor SkyDeck Europe, through its Italian operations.

In addition to the new investors, several of NSS Water’s existing shareholders also participated in the share issue, including Longrun Capital, GU Ventures, and Vasa Angels, thereby reaffirming their strong confidence in the company’s long-term potential.

“NSS Water addresses a clear and growing need within the semiconductor industry, where both performance and sustainability are critical. We see strong potential in the company’s technology and team, and we look forward to supporting the next phase of the company’s development,” says Marc Almendros, Partner at Grow Venture Partners.

In connection with the share issue, NSS Water has also strengthened its leadership team by appointing Erik Östreng as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Erik brings extensive experience from the semiconductor industry and has been involved with NSS Water for several years as both a shareholder and board member. His appointment marks an important step in the company’s continued industrialization and progress toward commercial customer projects.

NSS Water develops and delivers advanced solutions for the production of nano-pure water, with a strong focus on the semiconductor industry, where requirements for purity, resource efficiency, and sustainability are extremely high.
